Border Trip

I'm off for the next eight days to cruise along the U.S.-Mexico border, searching for interesting ways of telling the immigration story and working on some stories I've uncovered so far. I'll be traveling with my good friend Peter Maybarduk, a musician/public interest lawyer/renaissance man I've known since college. The plan is to fly to El Paso and drive west, eventually flying back from San Diego.
