From an Undisclosed Location

The Vice President briefly emerged from hiding and made an appearance today at the Heritage Foundation. That part was fairly standard and uninspiring; the protesters outside were also fairly standard, but certainly more photogenic. Hopefully this picture will become more useful as coverage of the Protect America Act picks up over the next week.
