Yup, corner of Broadway and W 20th. Wish I had more time to work it but had to run to a meeting.
I think you can interpret this two ways. You can assume that there is a silent "The" that's not seen in the picture and conclude that someone is pissed about the sad state of affairs. Or, as I would like to hope, someone is bashing thriftiness and supporting an all-out spending spree.
